If I accidentally delete a file from my website, can it be restored?

Not necessarily. We are backing up the web servers, but the backups are suitable for disaster recovery scenarios only. You are STRONGLY ADVISED to keep your own backups of all your important files.

This is also true for dedicated systems. The cost of any data recovery operation utilizing our disaster recovery backups will start at $250 per hour, 1 hour minimum.

As an alternative, we DO provide off site backup storage for $25/mo that we can queue files to be pulled from with no extra cost. This covers the dedicated servers, and the community web servers.
